About
InvoiceNxt, a Singapore-based fintech company, required a rebrand to reflect its innovative solutions in the supply chain financing sector. The previous branding did not fully capture the company's mission to digitize supply chains and provide instant payments and easy access to working capital for companies of all sizes. The rebranding aimed to create a brand that balanced the trustworthiness of a corporate finance solution with the modernity of a tech innovation product.

Logo Redesign
The InvoiceNxt logo features a smart dual-meaning design with a monogram of I & N letters and a checkmark. This design visually communicates successful early payment requests, improved cash flow for SMEs, and the implementation of ESG concepts across the supply chain. The brand colors include Magic Green, Dark Blue, and Gray, representing innovation, trust, and reliability. The brand design follows the Golden Ratio and Fibonacci Spiral to achieve a balanced and harmonious look.
Graphic System
The graphic system incorporates bold elements and a brand pattern that enhances visual recognition. These elements are used across digital and print platforms to maintain consistency and impact. We enhanced InvoiceNxt’s online presence with a cohesive visual identity, ensuring the brand is instantly recognizable.
Web Design
The web design and UX/UI system were developed to provide a seamless and intuitive user experience. The website features a clean, modern design that facilitates easy navigation and access to information. The UX/UI system incorporates InvoiceNxt’s brand elements, creating a cohesive and engaging digital environment.
Brand Guidelines
The comprehensive guide covers logo usage, color palette, typography, and iconography. These guidelines ensure the uniform application of the brand identity across all materials, maintaining a recognizable and professional look.
